Delivery dates:

Delivery dates and times given are approximate only.

For goods delivered free of charge, we offer an all day Monday To Saturday delivery service, with a.m. or p.m. time frame given that coincides with our delivery team being in your area.

Our driver may try and facilitate you by giving a more accurate time but this is not always guaranteed, and depends as you can appreciate on circumstances beyond our control, such as delays with previous customer deliveries, breakdowns, traffic congestion and inclement weather.

If you do however choose to pay for delivery, a more accurate day and time can be arranged.

Delivery times: Our delivery team will always take the utmost care when handling your delivery. We will deliver your purchase to the room of your choice and take away any wrapping included. However we would please ask you that the entry and passages to the room, be clear of any furniture or obstacles that may impede a delivery. We would also ask you to cover any carpets or flooring you may wish to protect at the time of delivery, as due to insurance and including health and safety reasons our delivery team are not allowed remove foot ware.

Delivery charges:

For all orders placed over €250 and within a 70 km radius of Dunshaughlin and Navan are free. For delivery of goods under €250 and outside of this area an additional minimum charge applies, to be confirmed at time of ordering.


Customers must report in writing any damage ie. Scratches, dents, chips, tears, soiling etc. within 72 hours of delivery. It is important that you or your authorised agent immediately upon delivery carefully and thoroughly inspect each item. Cosi Interiors will not be responsible for any damage not reported within 72 hours of delivery.

If on inspected by us the item is deemed to be a manufacturing fault, packing fault or miss handling fault by us. We will repair or replace the particular item with an agreed time frame for doing so with our customer. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced we will offer a full refund for the full amount originally paid.

Unsuitable Mattresses: We are sorry but it is not possible to exchange or receive a refund for mattresses delivered, unwrapped or slept on. As please understand the mattress is deemed used and unsaleable.
