To conform with non social contact and distancing, we ask you to please pay for any items purchased before delivery.
On all deliveries at present we will practice when possible, a non contact delivery service within your home. We will also practice a 2 metre social distancing, again when possible.
We will deliver your purchase to the room of your choice and take away any wrapping included. We will insist that entry to the room, and passages to the room be clear of any furniture or obstacles that may impede a non contact delivery.
Hope you understand as these practices are to protect both our customers and staff, as we try to work our way through these these uncertain times.

All internet and phone orders Bank Transfer / Debit or Credit Card 50% deposit , with the balance due before delivery.
All Shop orders ( Cash / Debit or Credit Card ) 25% deposit, with balance due on or before delivery.
Delivery Times And Rates:
Delivery dates and times given are approximate only.
We endeavour to deliver most stock items within seven to fourteen working days. Delivery of products that are not in stock may can take longer. Once your order is placed and the item is in stock you will be notified by telephone when your order is available for delivery.
If the particular item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you with a an estimated delivery date at which time we will allow you the option of continuing with your order. All lead times quoted are based on information provided by our suppliers, once we become aware of any change we will advise you immediately. We are sorry but we can not be held responsible for delays on the part of the supplier or manufacturer, or the non-availability of the item requested.
Please insure that you provide at least one contact telephone number when placing your order, as this makes it easier for us to arrange your delivery.
For goods delivered free of charge, we offer an all day Monday to Saturday delivery service, with an a.m. or p.m. time frame given that coincides with our delivery team being in your area.
Our driver may try and facilitate you by giving a more accurate time but this is not always guaranteed, and depends as you can appreciate on circumstances beyond our control such as delays with previous customer deliveries, breakdowns, traffic congestion and inclement weather.
If you choose to pay for delivery, a more accurate day and time can be arranged.
Delivery charges for all orders placed over €250 and within a 70 km radius of Dunshaughlin and Navan are free.
Deliveries outside of this area a €20 minimum charge applies, with orders under €250.
If you have any special requests regarding delivery, or if you need more information on a particular item, please feel free to contact a member of our staff and we will be happy to discuss these with you.
Your order has been taken on the understanding that sizes, colours, designs etc chosen by you are to your requirements.
Cosi Interiors shall arrange delivery of the items purchased to the front entrance of the property, we are happy to place your furniture in a specific room, however we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to property that might occur therein as a result.
You are strongly advised before purchasing furniture that you check that entrance halls, rooms, and door dimensions are excess able and suitable for your purchase, as we will not be held responsible and are unable to offer a refund if the items are found unsuitable.
We ask you to please ensure that our large delivery truck has adequate access to your home, so that your delivery can be dropped off.
Generally we use our own delivery vehicle and staff, they will happily unpack and assemble your furniture and ensure packaging is take away, in some cases charges for assembly may apply depending on the complexity of the product, please check with a member of our staff before ordering.
All direct orders delivered outside our catchment are generally self assembled, as a third party courier is usually used by us when this occasion arises.
We are sorry but we cannot except responsibility for late deliveries or for any subsequent losses that may arise as a result.
On request when ordering your new mattress or divan we are happy to take away the old one, a minimum charge applies. ( All old divans and mattresses removed are sent for recycling )
