Our policies and procedures have been refined from years of experience. They allow us to provide the finest quality products at the best prices combined with excellent service.

Payment Terms

All internet and phone orders Bank Transfer / Debit or Credit Card 50% deposit, with the balance due before delivery. All shop orders Cash / Debit or Credit Card 25% deposit, with balance due on or before delivery.

All sales receipts are audited and errors in pricing or computation of figures are subject to correction.

Delivery Times And Rates

We endeavour to deliver most stock items within seven to fourteen working days. Delivery of products that are not in stock may take longer. Once your order is placed and the item is in stock you will be notified by telephone when your order is available for delivery.

If the particular item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you with a an estimated delivery date at which time we will allow you the option of continuing with your order. All lead times quoted are based on information provided by our suppliers, once we become aware of any change we will advise you immediately. We are sorry but we can not be held responsible for delays on the part of the supplier or manufacturer, or the non-availability of the item requested.

Please insure that you provide at least one contact telephone number when placing your order, as this makes it easier for us to arrange your delivery.

We operate a all day delivery service Monday to Saturday with an approximate time for delivery given only, as this depends as you can appreciate on circumstances beyond our control such as breakdowns, traffic congestion and inclement weather.

For goods delivered free of charge we will offer either an a.m. or p.m. delivery, that co-insides with our delivery team being in your area. If you choose to pay for delivery, a more accurate day and time can be arranged.

Delivery charges for all orders placed over €250 and within a 70 km radius of Dunshaughlin and Navan are free.

Delivery of goods outside of this area, an additional minimum charge applies, to be confirmed at time of ordering.

If you have any special requests regarding delivery, or if you need more information on a particular item, please feel free to contact a member of our staff and we will be happy to discuss these with you.

Delivery Guidelines

Your order has been taken on the understanding that sizes, colours, designs etc chosen by you are to your requirements.

Cosi Interiors shall arrange delivery of the items purchased to the front entrance of the property, we are happy to place your furniture in a specific room, however we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to property that might occur therein as a result.

You are strongly advised before purchasing furniture that you check that entrance halls, rooms, and door dimensions are excess able and suitable for your purchase, as we will not be held responsible and are unable to offer a refund if the items are found unsuitable.

We ask you to please ensure that our large delivery truck has adequate access to your home, so that your delivery can be dropped off.

Generally we use our own delivery vehicle and staff, they will happily unpack and assemble your furniture and ensure packaging is take away, in some cases charges for assembly may apply depending  on the complexity of the product, please check with a member of our staff before ordering.

All direct orders delivered outside our catchment area are generally self assembled, as a third party courier is usually used by us when this occasion arises.

We are sorry but we cannot except responsibility for late deliveries or for any subsequent losses that may arise as a result.

On request when ordering your new divan bed or mattress we are happy to take away the old one, a minimum charge applies. ( All old beds and mattresses removed are sent for recycling )

Faulty Products, Refunds And Returns

Cosi Interiors takes great pride in the quality of the products and services provided. While we carefully advise you of the manufacturers reputation, quality and design, the actual choice and selection is the customers responsibility. Although we cannot guarantee the customer pleasure in the selection, we warrant that all merchandise will be delivered in the condition which meets the standards set by the manufacturer.

Your delivered furniture should be inspected once the packaging has been removed. In the unlikely event that items are found faulty or are not as described please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, we will then arrange for the product to be picked up and replaced. If the product can not be replaced we will offer an alternative, if this cannot be agreed we will collect the product and return the full amount paid by the customer.

Warranties and Maintenance

All furniture requires maintenance and we recommend that you carefully follow manufacturing guidelines in caring for your furniture.

Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to ensure colour matches, fabrics and leather may vary due to dye lot variations. Leather and wood products will by their nature be subject to grain variations, both are particularly susceptible to certain common products and chemicals found in most households.

All removable covers of a matching suite must be cleaned at the same time in order to avoid colour variations.

Cosi Interiors will not be responsible for colour variations in the event that matching items are not purchased together.

All our furniture carries the manufacturers own warranties / guaranties this may vary depending on the supplier, for further details please check when ordering.

Information / Descriptions / Prices given

We do not except liability for typographical errors or inaccurate information of any kind. Cosi Interiors updates its website on a regular basis to insure that all information given is correct and up to date. Sometimes we have to admit to having made a mistake by unintentionally published inaccurate information on our site ( eg the price, description, or availability of a certain product ). In this instance we may have to cancel your order at any point up to when we dispatch the product or products to you. If this is the case you will receive a full refund of any charges paid.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under the sale of goods act.
